Appenzell meat specialties from Suttero are produced today with the same dedication and attention to detail as they have been for over 100 years. The basis for this is Otto Sutter's philosophy from 1909.

During production, our master butchers only use the best cuts of Swiss meat and selected spices. The products mature over several weeks into an incomparable meat specialty - and delight you with their unique aroma.
