Oswald - Roast Sauce "Sherry Bratensauce"

Roast sauce with Sherry from the oak cask. The sauce is an ideal accompaniment for all meat dishes. It is particularly tasty with meat roasts of all kinds. Simply stir the thickened, Sherry roast sauce powder, that includes beef extract, onion and tomato in cold water, and bring to a boil - and the wonderful aroma of roast meat will excite your senses. The Sherry gravy is perfect for roast chicken, roast pork, roast beer or roast lamb dishes. The Sherry matures in in barrique casks of oak that give the Sherry its sweet taste and harmonious, full-bodied fragrance. It can't be done more easity and quickly.

Directions:
For 2 servings: dissolve 2 tablespoon of powder (20g) in 200ml of cold water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let the sauce simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally before serving. Use more powder for a more intense flavour or more water for a milder flavour.
