Oswald - "Mousse au Chocolat" chocolate mousse

For light Chocolate Mousse or Roulade fillings. Do you fancy a mousse, but don't have any cream or chocolate in the fridge? No problem. Whip the Mousse au Chocolat with milk, and after leaving to cool for a short time, the mousse will be ready to be enjoyed!

Directions:
For 2 servings: whisk 100 ml milk (e.g. partially skimmed) and 4 tablespoons powder (50g) for approx. 4 minutes. Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours. Serve cold.
