Holderhof - Cherry "Kirsche" Sirup

The cherry production on the high-trunk trees of the ‘Obstgarten Farnsberg’ in the canton of Baselland is a livelihood for farmers and birds. Holderhof is happy to buy their cherries there so that this existence can continue to be guaranteed. The cherry trees are cared for with a lot of love. Not just for kids, the cherry sirup makes a wonderful, refreshing aperitif: Add a dash of cherry sirup in a glass of sparkling wine.
